EBAY --Recently had good outcome with two issues --One Buying --One Selling  . This was  a first for me. UPDATE--again Ebay 's insurance came through!! Let's hear another WOOHOO!!!  3 WOOHOOS

PLAYTEX--Had minor problem with bra--they replaced quickly and easily. 3 WOOHOOS



MAYBELLINE--Had issue with a couple of products--sent refund quickly. 3 WOOHOOS

CLARK'S SHOES--Had problem with a pair of shoes--they replaced with my choice regardless of cost and shipped immediately. 3 WOOHOOS

WALMART--Has consistently been good with returns even if item is broken. 2 WOOHOOS --sometimes the lines are long --I am upgrading Walmart to 3 WOOHOOS --could not find a certain product on the shelf , found manager who was very considerate , polite , and knowledgeable (we all know how difficult that is to find) who explained why the product was absent and when it would be available.  I asked if he could substitute and WITHOUT HESITATION told me sure.  The cashier did it promptly and efficiently and I went away surprised and happy (again, how often does that happen)  WOOHOO

AMAZON--Has consistenly replaced or refunded money on any problem item I have received, not that there have been a lot of problems.  I have bought DVD's , books, and electronics from the big A and if there is a problem, usually an email is all it takes to fix it.  That means no calling, wading through menus or talking 'out of country', which I appreciate!!  3 WOOHOOS

GO DADDY--Immediately sent step by step instructions that even this grandma could understand to fix a problem . 3 WOOHOOS

HANES--Has just earned a 3 WOOHOO rating for replacement immediately and generously of problem item.  Spoke immediately to real person, transferred efficiently to Customer Service .  Spent very little time describing problem and is shipping replacement now.  NICE!!



WEBSITE TONIGHT -- which helps me design this website is consistently fast with answering my 'beginner' questions in language even I who know nothing about website construction can follow.  As a lot of you know, such is not the case with many sites when you ask a question that for me is 'technical', but is the simplest action to the reader .  3 WOOHOO rating here too!!

The content of this page will be only good experiences that I have had with major corporations.  I have nothing to do with any profit from them , so this is just passing on info that might be useful when spending hard earned dollars.  There are plenty of sites that are filled with bad experiences and warnings--I've used them, just like you. We are all tired of companies with customer service that says "I don't care if you continue to do business here or not" (which in this economy always surprises me), but most times we have no idea if we will get help if we have a problem.  In my small way, this is my GOOD NEWS offering.

I have never used Customer Service from Magazines.com as I have never had a problem (maybe that should qualify them right there), but I order my magazines from them and have for years so can personally recommend the site. Have most magazines at a fabulous price!!
